My Career Map

Animation for MHFI showcasing the Career path open to employees. I worked with an agency who developed the vector graphics, which I animated then translated into 3d in Cinema 4D for the final section. I used Mixamo for the character walk cycles then took the fbx data into C4D for rendering and final output.

Recruitment video for MHFI. I directed and created the graphics for this, working with a fantastic crew. Sadly due to branding changes this was never used, but I’m extremely proud of the final product and had a great experience making it!

A 7 hour project from conception to final edit.

This was a team building/pressure exercise. We had no idea what we would be doing at the beginning of the day, whom we would be filming, or what kit we would have etc.

We had 1 hour to storyboard and shot list before our talent arrived (the lovely and beautifully voiced Paula Francis)

We were also thrown technical curveballs through the day! Also, Paula had to sing live over a backing track, which we recorded live.

We worked together really well as a team, considering we hadn’t all worked together before the day, and it turned out beautifully!

Shot at City Academy, Farringdon, London (city-academy.com/), and on Location in Farringdon.

The Making of Driver: Parallel Lines

I was given free rein to edit this video from various interviews and in game footage whilst freelancing at a London design studio called Bleach in 2006 (sadly no more). Working with a motion designer, we created this, plus individual interviews with such music luminaries as Grandmaster Flash, Public Enemy, Suicide, Arthur Baker and more.

Agency: Bleach, London
Role: Editor, Compositor
